- Service tracker - a time monitoring system which enables our managers to view in real time the time spent providing services at our clients sites.

- Communication Programmes for the commercial market, including waste management induction for tenants;
- Web-based invoicing and reporting; and
- Environmental impact reports relating to recycling quantities that can be broken down to the individual tenancies.

All staff have the opportunity to gain qualifications in Certificates II, III and IV in Asset Maintenance. Our training programs are developed and delivered in accordance with the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) and nationally recognised competency standards which describe the skills needed by people working in functional areas of the industry.
