Scott Agnew

Scott Agnew


Managing Director

As the founder of Vivid, Scott is proud to have created a business that now services over 2500 sites nationally and provides complex service solutions to some of the country’s leading companies. With over 15 years experience at management level in the cleaning industry, Scott is a hands-on Managing Director. A keen sporting enthusiast, he brings a competitive spirit to every aspect of the company, but always with a focus on teamwork – something he learnt from years of rugby league and surf lifesaving. In fact Scott has been a member of the North Curl Curl Surf Club since he was 8 years old and today Vivid is the major sponsor of the three points challenge. Scott’s drive stems from a personal desire to deliver on the consistent promise made to each of our customers, that they will always receive a quality service outcome. “My advice to all our managers is to make every interaction with your clients a positive experience and never shy away from an issue, as this may be your best opportunity to showcase your problem solving skills”. On a personal level, Scott would like to spend more time on the golf course.

Anita O’Dea


CFO

Anita O’Dea joined Vivid Property Services in July 2011 as the Chief Financial Officer. She began her career in accounting with a cadetship in 1997 for a second tier accounting firm – Williams, Hatchman & Kean Chartered Accountants. During this time, Anita gained valuable experience in corporate tax and statutory compliance. Prior to joining Vivid, Anita’s recent experience included Company Accountant for an HR company and retail industry sector for BIGW as an Assistant Financial Accountant. Her experience working in the HR and Retail industries gave Anita the best possible background for the challenge of working with large and varied workforces. Anita has a Bachelor of Business (majoring in accounting) and she is also a member of the Certified Practicing Accountants (CPA). When not working, Anita, her husband and two young children like to take off with a couple of other families for camping and four-wheel drive adventures.

Darren Manser


National General Manager

Darren Manser joined Vivid in 2013. Formally with ISS, Darren has worked within the services industry all of his career and brings with him excellent skills in the management of our client base and resourcing, with a focus on safety, environment and quality procedures. Darren holds; Bachelor of Leisure & Event Management. Darren reports to Scott Agnew on all client and service related activities. Certificate IV Cleaning Management. During his spare time he loves watching sport featuring his beloved England teams, much to the amusement of his co-workers.

Steven Atkins

Steven Atkins


National CleanTrak Manager

Steve Atkins an experienced senior manager. Successfully spanning Finance, Marketing, Logistics and Operations functions within Multi-national Organisations and ASX list enterprises as well as Private Companies. Has also taught Management and Logistics with TAFE.
Has a good spread of strategic thinking and planning with the ability to implement and do what is necessary to make things happen. Having with one business unit strategic control improving Market Share from 7 to 17% in 18 months and with another fully specified a total business system upgrade and project managed its role out nationally. Operationally managed large and sophisticated logistic functions and managed a large number of both remote and a mobile workforce
As a communicator depends on feedback from colleagues, peers, friends and other related stake holders to formulate his ideas, sets his plans and prioritise his action.
A long-term active Surf Life Saver still patrolling training coaching assessing and competitor across both beach and water. A Life Member of South Curly and active with North Curly for over 10 years – allowing the ultimate choice north or south paradise.

Sarah Ressel


National Helpdesk Manager

Sarah is one of the longest serving Vivid employees having joined in 2008. Sarah has played many important roles on her Vivid journey and today she is the National Helpdesk Manager, a role that she loves. It requires incredible organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to ever changing client and staff needs. When Sarah finally has time to relax she loves to spend it with friends.

Wade Ryan


Wade joined Vivid in July 2014. Wade holds a Bachelor of Science and an Advanced Diploma in OH&S. Wade had extensive experience with national and international organisations in Quality, Environmental and Safety Management Systems in National and Executive Roles. Wade reports to Darren and supports the Vivid management team with practical guidance and interpretation of legislation and requirements of standards for the Vivid work environment. “Coming from a senior and lengthy operational background I understand that compliance requirements need to translate into what occurs at the coalface and have some meaning and benefit to the staff conducting the work.” In my non work hours water skiing and car occupy my time and thoughts.

Robert Watson


Key Account Manager (Relief Cleaning Services)

Robert was running his own successful grounds maintenance business when he decided to join the Vivid Cleaning and Property Services team in 2010. He is one of our key account managers with primary responsibility for our labour hire business. Having run his own successful business Robert understands that the quality and integrity of your staff makes the difference for any company. Outside of working life, Robert has two young boys and is a self-confessed golf addict. He loves socialising with his wide circle or friends and when not on the golf course can be found involved in voluntary activities to help his local community.

Michael Conyngham


Cleantrak Operations Manager

Michael is one of Vivid’s secret weapons. Michael has over 20 years experience in data systems, managing corporate computer networks across continents, working in mission critical environments and with emergency services in disaster situations. With a reputation as a trouble-shooter, Michael has a knack for getting complex things to happen in a simple way. Vivid managed to lure Michael away from his work with major multinationals to rollout and project manage our Cleantrak system. Thanks to Michael this innovative system is providing our clients with a level of accountability previously unknown in the industry. Michael would like to have a life outside of work but between Cleantrak and driving his daughters all over the state for their tennis matches this is unlikely.
