Then when we have the right person for the job we provide extensive onsite training tailored to meet your business’ unique requirements. Even Vivid managers undergo regular “train the trainer” courses.
Finally we believe in keeping staff motivated and rewarding excellence. We run a cleaning incentive programme where high performance is rewarded with gift vouchers. All Vivid staff also have the opportunity further themselves, and gain industry approved certificates in Asset Maintenance.
